Hope2Home
Hope2Home provides a twice weekly home delivery service to those unable to collect from our Outreach Services at Crossley House which is available Saturday and Sunday evening.
Hope2Home service is available for those who have a long term illness, families with children, those experiencing mobility problems and mental health conditions.
We operate every Tuesday and Thursday evening and will be delivered by our volunteer drivers between 6.30-8pm. Please make sure you are at home during that time and ready to receive your food parcel. We do not leave packages or leave with neighbours, if you are not at home the parcel will be returned to our base.
A food parcel will provide food to last three days depending on our current stock level. We endeavour to cater for food intolerances as our supplies dictate. We also provide toiletries and sanitary products.
If you require this service, please contact us using Facebook Messenger on Facebook or though the link on this page
Our cut off time for requesting a food parcel is 3pm on the delivery day.
You will be asked to provide evidence of ID and how many adults and children (with ages) and your contact details. We also request details of when your next pay/benefits date is.
If you are requesting several food packages over a period of time, we offer a further level of support by offering free budgeting advice from one of our partner agencies who actively support Burton HOPE service users.
