    Common  Questions

    Where/When can i drop my donation off?

    Our base, Crossley House, takes all donations on a Saturday and Sunday evening from 6-8pm when our volunteers are present. Outside of these times, the Outsider Art Tattoo Studio takes donations on our behalf, which is located over the square at the Abbey Arcade.

    i have some left over fresh produce, can you take it?

    Unfortunately, in order to comply with strict Food Hygiene Regulations, we are unable to accept any fresh produce donations as we cannot store it safely.

    Do you take donations which have exceeded their best before date?

    To comply with Food Hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept food stuffs which have exceeded their Best Before date. It goes without saying, we are also unable to accept food donations which have exceeded their Use By dates.

    i have half a tin of soup left over, do you want it?

    Unfortunately we are unable to accept food donations which have already been opened since we cannot guarantee they have been stored in a way which complies with Food Hygiene regulations.
